We do not offer an exchange service, if you require an alternative item we kindly ask that you place a new order through the website. If you email us a photo of the postage receipt, we will be able to send you a code that will remove the delivery fee on a new order. This can be achieved through the following process:
- Complete the returns slip included in your parcel and return the unwanted product(s) to My Dancestore, at your cost. (My Dancestore, 7 Silverhills Road, Decoy Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot, TQ12 5ND, United Kingdom)
- Send proof of your return to My Dancestore on help@mydancestore.co.uk This can be a tracking number or photo of your postage receipt.
- A member of the My Dancestore team will then send you an online promo code which provides you with Free Delivery on your replacement order.
- You then need to place another order for the replacement product.
- We will then process a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned good(s).
