Once we receive your return it will be processed within 14 days. Please note that we are unable to advise if and when it was received back until it is actually processed.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to the original payment method once your return has been processed. This can take up to 14 days from the date we receive it.
Once processed, you will then receive an e-mail confirmation. From receipt of this email please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to credit your payment method.
